Hi first graders and parents!!! Are you ready to be back to a little normalcy again? I know I am!
ReplyDeleteThis week - although not perfect - went really well. You all have amazing kids and I adore each of them. We stuck to the basics and reviewed math and phonics. We also watched a cute series of videos about perseverance. We also watched a video called "The power of YET" -

I encourage you to watch it and I know the kids would love to see it again. It carries an amazing message.
Next week:
When we went remote, all the kiddos took home all their supplies and materials to learn from home. Please make sure they bring back every time they took home. Whiteboards, markers, headphones, eraser, books, paper, supplies, pencils, etc. DONT FORGET THEIR MASK!!!!
I am stepping into some HUGE shoes which I will never be able to fill; however, Mrs. Crockett left me with ample instructions. Your patience is appreciated as I navigate through each day. Feel free to email me at any time!
See you all on Monday. Have a great weekend!!!
Also, we will be back to having 2 snack breaks and a lunch break each day. Please make sure you send your kiddo with a couple snacks each day. I do not have any to share at this time.
