I am updating the blog today since tomorrow afternoon will be crazy with Field Day. PLEASE READ ALL OF THE BLOG CAREFULLY.

Field Day:

Field day is this Friday! This is a fun opportunity for students to make some cool memories! Field day is a privilege for students who make wise and respectful choices in the classroom. If students cannot make wise choices, then they will sit out for part or all of field day.

Our field day is from 12:55-3:20.

Please have your student wear their green Landmark shirt, athletic bottoms, and closed toed shoes. Students can bring their own hat if they would like to wear it outside. If you want to have your student wear sunscreen, they will need to pack the liquid/lotion kind and will be required to apply it themselves. I am not allowed to help students apply sunscreen.
There are several stations/activities that include water and have the potential to get wet. Students may choose to participate or not. If they get wet, students may not change clothes until the end of field day. You can pack extra clothes or a small towel to stay in the classroom
At the end of field day, students will need to quickly return to the classroom and grab their backpacks and computers and other items. There will not be much time to change clothes so I suggest sending a small towel and change at home or at RMK. You can pick them up from the driveline, or the north doors like normal. I will send RMK as normal. You are more than welcome to come.
Friday's Backpack list:
Water bottle with name * water bottles will travel with students
2 snacks
Charged Chromebook
Small towel to dry off with
Good attitude ๐Ÿ˜
Listening ears๐Ÿ˜‹
Lotion sunscreen *if wanted
Hat *if wanted
Lunch* if your student is cold lunch, hot lunch is still available
Change of clothes * if wanted but may not have time to change at school
